隧道炉氮气保护气氛下烧结，峰值 830±10℃（推荐值），10-20 分钟。 （可根据实际需要，烧结范围可在 800-850℃内调节,但峰值温度时间必须至少 10 分钟。一 般来说，高温烧结后陶瓷电容性能优于低温烧结） |
