适用范围/Application:

单组分导体浆料系列，一种为快干型电路修补用导电铜浆。此浆料具有广泛的应用基体（pet 、玻璃、 陶瓷等软基材和硬质基材），与基体的匹配性能良好，用该浆料制出的电极固化后外观光亮、细腻，结 构致密。

One-component conductor paste series, a conductive Copper paste for fast-drying circuit repair. This slurry has a wide range of application substrates (soft substrates such as PET, glass, ceramics and hard substrates), and has good matching performance with the substrate, and the electrode made with this slurry has a bright, delicate appearance and dense structure after curing.

使用条件/Operating conditions：

 

基材 Substrate	PET、PI 、玻璃、陶瓷、金属等基材 PET、PI 、glass 、ceramic, metal, etc
使用方法 Method of use	点胶，刮涂 Dispensing ( by needle cylinder, etc.) ，scraping
固化 Drying conditions	施工后，晾在空气中即可自干。（一般 10~30 分钟即可表干，2 小时后即可自干， 时间越长，连接的电阻会越小）。 如果条件允许，可在低于 150℃内温度内烘烤；或者加速通风，可加速固化。 (具体烘烤温度和烘烤时间可根据实际需要设定，一般 5-20 分钟) After construction, it can be dried by drying in the air. (Generally, it can be dried in 10~30 minutes, and it can be self-dried after 2 hours, the longer the time, the smaller the resistance of the connection). If possible, it can be baked at a temperature of less than  150 ° C,  or  accelerated ventilation can accelerate curing. 产品应在 5-15℃的环境温度下密封储存，有效期为产品出厂之日起 3 个月。

The product shall be guaranteed for 3 months after shipping date, keep tightly under at 5-15℃

包装方式/Packaging method：

标准包装，20 克/10ml 针筒装，,  其他容量可按要求分装。

Standard packaging, 20 grams/10ml syringe, other sizes available upon request.

 

注意事项：

a.  从冷藏室取出后，应在室温下放置至温度平衡后，方可开封使用。（一般建议使用前 4 小时取出，置于室温下）。

b.  本浆料含有有机溶剂，使用时应保持通风良好；使用时避免同眼睛、皮肤或衣服接触，不要靠近火种或燃烧物。

如有接触，请用清洁精清洗。
