适用范围/Application:

 

单组分导体浆料系列，可广泛应用于薄膜开关、柔性印刷电路、笔记本键盘电路、手机键盘屏蔽线路、多层线路印刷、射频干扰屏蔽、RFID、玩具、学习机电路印刷和触点印刷等领域，在氧化铝陶瓷、微晶玻璃陶瓷、PET、PC等片材上均可使用，可提供优良的导电性和薄膜粘接性，有着良好的印刷性、抗氧化性、柔性和极强的附着力，其导电性能不会因为印刷后的加工成型或产品使用时的弯曲变化发生大的偏移，丝网印刷、喷涂均可。

使用条件/Operating conditions：

基材 Substrate	陶瓷基板、PET、聚酯薄膜等片材 Suitable for Ceramic, Pet, PI etc
使用方法 Method of use	200-250 mesh stainless screen 200-250目丝网印刷
流平 Levelling	3-5min minutes at room temperature 室温下流平3-5分钟（时间根据流平的实际情况决定）
固化 Curing conditions	在恒温烘箱80-120℃，8-30min 80-120℃，10-30 mins (For reference, the baking temperature and baking time can be set according to actual needs) (仅供参考，具体烘烤温度和烘烤时间可根据实际需要设定)

保存条件，有效期/Storage condition and Term of validity

产品应在5-15℃的环境温度下密封储存，有效期为产品发货之日起六个月。

The product shall be guaranteed for 6 months after shipping date, keep tightly under at 5-15℃

 

包装方式/Packaging method：

标准包装，1000g/罐, 样品可提供200克小罐包装

Standard package 1000g/can，if you need sample to test, available 200g with small package.
